SPF-SEPAG Communication for the week of September 15, 2025

The first SPF-SEPAG meeting of the 2025-2026 school year is scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025. If you cannot attend in person, you can join us virtually from anywhere using this Google Meet Link

Potential meeting topics include the new SEPAG school-level liaison structure, feedback from our June 2025 end of the year parent survey which highlighted the following areas: teacher training to address reading disabilities, dyslexia and executive functioning supports, continuing transition meetings (level-to-level and post-graduation), multisensory approaches to learning, and the importance of 504 meetings.

There will also be an opportunity for parents and caregivers to contribute during the Q&A and Open Discussion.

SPAN Parent Advocacy Network: Offers family support through the "Family WRAP" and "NJ Statewide Parent to Parent" programs, which provide advocacy, resources, and one-on-one matches with other parents. Find more information here:
