As we move into October, we encourage you to utilize the valuable local and statewide resources available below. This week features our monthly SPF-SEPAG meeting on Monday, October 6th, and we are also providing the date and link for our next meeting on November 10th. Training & Education Opportunities (Union County Focus)

Parent & Advocate Skills Workshop

Local Support Groups (Union County, NJ)
Peer-to-peer support is vital. Please check the Family Support Organization of Union County (FSO) for their weekly schedule, as they frequently run recurring groups.
FSO Virtual Caregiver Support
Date: Weekly/Bi-Weekly (Oct 7-10)
Focus: General support and discussion for parents and caregivers of children with emotional/behavioral challenges. Check the main calendar for this week's time.

NAMI Family Support Group

Focus: Virtual, confidential support for caregivers of loved ones with mental health conditions. Sessions often run on a weekly or monthly cadence.
